Q1. How many kinds of iPod on earth? iPod nano ,ipod video ,iPod shuffle ,iPod mini ,iPod Photo ,U2 iPod, iPod with nothing, what are they? Any different?

Answer:
IPod nano is the latest ultra-thin one. There are black one and white one, 2G/4G, with color screen.
Ipod video is ipod 5. It is called "video" for the reason that it is revolutionarily added the function of video play. White/ Black, 30G/60G.
Ipod shuffle was last year's style, only white color. 512M/1G. It has ever been not very popular because it has no screen and function list. But the sales of it are still very good because of the brilliant Apple brand. And it is the cheapest iPod.
IPod mini is the product at the same time as ipod 4, with many colors and white-black screen. At the very beginning, it is only 4G, but it has ever been sold out because of its style. Later the latest version iPod mini 2 came out of whose battery the expectancy is longer. 4G/6G but without gold color.
iPod Photo is only added the color screen and the function of browsing pictures based on the ipod 4. Several of capacity could be optional but only white color.
U2 iPod change the color to black and red on the basic of ipod 4; white-black and color screen both with the laser signature of U2.
The first ipod was the one without anything; till now is has 5generations; all are white colors with white-black screen (except the 5th one); more than 10G capacity.

Q2. I have an Ipod, 30G, how can I put the music (MP4) in the ipod to my computer?
I have an Ipod, 30G, how can I put the music (MP4) in the ipod to my computer?
I want to put my files in the ipod to my computer ( MP4,MP3 etc.)

Answer: First, set the ipod to be the mode as a hard disk with iTunes in which way you can see ipod in the file manager. Second, in the list, "TOOL" - " OPTION", choose the option of "showing the hidden files". In the ipod, the music files are saved as hidden files. When you open this option, you can find all the music files in it. Third, in the ipod, you can find a folder of "iPod Control" where there are some catalogues called F00, F01 and F02 etc. There is 50-70 music under each catalogues. Some of them are random character strings. Forth, right click the folder, choose "PROPERTY", cancel "hidden" and use it to all files and subdirectory.

Open iTunes, make sure that the music in it has been backed up, and then empty the music folder. You donĄŻt need to delete the previous files but move them to other catalogues. The most important step is to make sure that your iTunes is set to the ipod with hand update, or else the ipod will be emptied. Then, in "ADVANCED OPTION", when copying files, set the "input" of iTunes. If you never change this option, forget it. Then collect the folders in the list to the music foler, choose the iPod Control, and then click ok. At last, Advanced United Music folder, then the music in the iPod will be saved by iTunes into c:\\my music\\iTunes\\iTunes Music

Q3. The system in the ipod cannot be updated, how can I do? Ipod will be system halted once being connected with iTune or computer, and cannot be restarted by itself. When I update the system, but I cannot turn it on or update.

Answer:
When you connect iPod to your computer, click "START" iPod Update Restore factory settings, refresh it once and have a try, perhaps it works. If no "Pod Update", you can download it on the Apple webpage. If it still doesn't work yet. It is estimated that it is an occasional accident during the period of warranty. It is fortunate, however, that it is temporary problem and you can do something to solve this problem. If any trouble when using iPod, to reset always can make your iPod recover to work.

Remark: Before your do the operations below, make sure your iPod has been recharged fully, and then move the button "HOLD" ON OFF.
